We minimize your out-of-pocket expense

At Serenity Dental, we accept most major insurance plans and the assignment of insurance benefits, so your out-of-pocket expense can be minimized. We’ll give you a cost estimate before starting any procedure, and if you like, we can check with your insurance to find out what is covered under your plan.

Our office insurance expert will work with you to get the maximum reimbursement — just bring all your forms and booklets with you. When insurance information isn’t readily available, you can choose to either delay treatment until we have complete information, or start right away and pay out of pocket; we’ll still complete the paperwork so you receive your payment from the insurer.

Please remember that you are ultimately responsible for your account. Insurance is a contract between you and your insurance company — as a courtesy, we process the paperwork and bill your insurer directly, and you remain responsible for any portion not covered by your plan. Payment options

All co-payments are due in full at the time of service. We accept Mastercard, Visa, Interac, and cash (we don’t accept personal cheques).
